Check your ego at the door. Feedback here is direct. If I tell you a script isn't good enough, don't defend it — fix it. The best people I've worked with absorb feedback and apply it not just in the moment, but to everything they do after. I don't want to tell you the same thing twice.

Think, don't just "do." Nine times out of ten, the answer is right there. You just have to ask yourself the right questions. I want people with common sense who can solve problems without a 30-minute meeting about it.

Live it, eat it, breathe it. The best creative strategists I've ever seen absorb everything. They watch ads in their spare time. They follow the right people on Twitter. They track every single mistake in a sheet — like tracking workouts in the gym. The first six months is where your foundations are built. If you're not obsessed with getting better, you'll get left behind.

This is 100% or nothing. 5,000 ads a month. That's my pace. No side jobs, no split attention. When I asked our first Academy member how much time she could give, she said: "10 to 12-hour days. Full time and a half." That's the standard.

I review salaries every quarter — every six months at the absolute latest. I track completion rates weekly: 12 scripts for strategists, 6 concepts for editors. If you're hitting your numbers and growing, your pay grows with you. Every single person who's been here a year or more has seen at least a 50% increase. Most have doubled.

This applies to Academy members too. You start paid, and if you perform, you progress fast. I don't keep people on the same wage while they're producing more value. That's the whole point.

How MTRX Academy Was Born

I didn't plan this. The demand made it inevitable.

Hamza and I launched MTRX Media. No funding, no safety net. Just an obsession with making ads that actually perform for DTC ecommerce brands. We started producing creative for brands spending serious money on paid social — and the results spoke for themselves.
2025
The agency scaled beyond anything we imagined. Completely bootstrapped. Grew to 40+ people across four creative pods, producing over 5,000 ads every single month. Brands like Primal Queen, The Essence Vault, Thomson Carter, and 15+ more trusted us with their creative. What usually takes companies 5–10 years, we did in under two.
Sept 2025
I launched an AI-powered creative offer. A faster, more affordable way to produce high-performing ad creatives using AI tools most agencies haven't even heard of yet. It started as an experiment. Within months, it was heading toward £100K months on its own.
Early 2026

One week of intensive onboarding. Then you're writing for real brands. Direct feedback from me and Hamza on everything you produce. You'll also record a 60-second video introducing yourself and your first piece of work. I'll know if you're built for this within the first two weeks.
